1. Enter values into a column in your Google Sheet
2. Select the cells
3. Click GENERATE
4. Your QR codes are created instantly
5. Open the generated document to see results
Select a single cell and click GENERATE. The value will be encoded as a QR code and added to a Google Document.
Select multiple cells in a column and click GENERATE. Each row will be converted into a QR code.
Tip: Select an entire column to generate hundreds of QR codes at once.
Enable the Use Second Column option.
Use two columns:
first column → value encoded in the QR code
second column → label displayed below the QR code
Example: product ID, description
Select two adjacent cells or a range with exactly two columns.
Save as Document
Adds generated QR codes to a Google Document (easy to print).
Save as PNG
Saves QR codes as PNG files in Google Drive
You can enable both options. The add-on will create a document with all QR codes and save each QR code as a PNG file.
TIP: You can change the output document name and folder in the Settings tab.
Draw Border
Adds a border around QR codes in the document.
Shorten URL
Shorten links using Bitly. You need a Bitly access token, which you can save in the Settings tab.
