It all starts with a spreadsheet

Create a spreadsheet and enter the data you want to process.

CREATE A TEMPLATE AND ADD MERGE FIELDS

A template contains special placeholders called merge fields. You can create a template from scratch, or you can turn an existing document or email into a template by adding one or more merge fields. Each merge field is enclosed in double curly brackets, so the AnyMerge add-ons can recognize them and replace them with values from a sheet.

MAP MERGE FIELDS TO COLUMNS

AnyMerge add-ons do not just provide simple text merge. You can merge spreadsheet values into Gmail messages and Google Documents as QR codes, images, links, dynamic values, and yes, text values as well.

Once a template is loaded, you need to instruct an add-on on how to process every merge field - from which column to take values, and how to merge those values.

AnyMerge add-ons process every merge field and replace merge fields with QR codes, images and text values based on your chosen configuration.
