INFORMATION ADD-ON COLLECTS

We would like to know how you use and interact with the add-on. The add-on collects anonymous usage information that cannot be traced back to any individual or organization.

WE MAY COLLECT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

We may collect your email address only in these cases:

a) If an error occurs in the add-on, you can send us the error message for troubleshooting purposes. We store your Google email address and the error message. In very rare cases, we may contact you to ask for more information about the error.

b) When you pay via PayPal, we receive a notification about the payment containing your PayPal-associated email address. We save your PayPal-associated email and send you an activation key to that email.

We use the error message to troubleshoot the add-on. We use your PayPal-associated email address to send you an activation key.

DATA PROTECTION MEASURES

We use the following data protection measures:

We store your data in a Google Spreadsheet protected by a password and two-factor authentication. Access to the Spreadsheet is restricted to the add-on developers only.

RETENTION POLICY

We store your email address and the error message for up to thirty days. We store your PayPal-associated email for up to one year after the transaction for accounting purposes. You can request us to delete your data at any time.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not share your information with anyone.
